Women's Refuge is an organisation dedicated to fighting family violence. It's a sticky issue that people generally try to avoid, which is a problem when it comes to raising funds. So how do you get people into a positive frame of mind that encourages discussion and donations?
We know that a lot of women donate clothes to Women's Refuge, so we decided to create a designer recycled clothing boutique and online store called 'Yellow Belle'. The brand identity was designed to inspire the target market to shop as well as donate. Kowhai, a native NZ plant, is used in the design to reflect back to Women’s Refuge main branding.
